UCL has a 'Geography library' totally dedicated to
Geography books!
Back in NUS, I guess we only have a few shelves? Haha...
A few of the textbooks that I needed to purchase back in NUS are available in multiple copies here
I managed to get an ultimate Powerpack book
that explains all concepts, provide examples for my next exam
Coolness + Happiness
Just the other day, my senior was showing me the ranking
of Worldwide departments for Geography
UCL was ranked 3rd, right after Oxford.. wow, didn't even know that
Well I guess there's a 'Geography' in the course of your major?
For people who wish to pursue Art,
France might be a good place
For Engineering
Maybe China?
Business Administration
I guess Singapore is cool?
Perhaps the States or Europe for Music
But for Geography
I'm pretty sure U.K is a good place

Day 119
What day is it today!??!??!
Headed down to Chinatown @ 1400hrs for the Big Wallop
I was kind of surprised. The Queue wasn't even long
We waited for less than 5 minutes before we got our cone
In Singapore, I guess the queue would be much much much longer
Within 100m radius, there were 3 Ben&Jerrys outlets altogether
Kind of doesn't make sense to me?
And we headed down every single one!!! (Uniquely Singapore)
And at every outlet, we bumped into familiar faces
Hope you guys in Singapore had your cone too!

Day 118
So it was back to studying after some time of break
I'm loving this revision.
Quaternary Pleistocene Environments and Climate
(Physical Geography)
So you read on things like ice-age, weather cycles and cells
instead of reading journal papers on people arguing about stuff
Saw this Lambo parked outside the Science Library
Was trying to look out for Edward but he was nowhere
to be seen
Not only do my sponsors provide food
But some reading materials as well!
From left to right
SHE- woman's magazine, took it because there's a free bag
Traveller- See places of interest, hotels, hot deals in Europe
Men's health- How to disunite the 'Great Country' into 6 portions

Day 117 blessings overflowing
Wasted 3/4 of a Sunday away watching
'My Date with a Vampire'
Ai yah... Sabbath mah..
Iron Man (The movie) would be on screen soon
That's one of the nicknames that my secondary
school friends gave me because I operate with
very little sleep
Ever since I lost my £390 to the con-man
I have seen God's hand moving all along,
providing and supplying all my needs
Some recent provisions
#1 Found an Oyster card (= SG's EZ-link)
It was lying on the street staring at me,
begging me to bring it home.. and so I did
It has a credit of £4.20 plus a 'weekly travel pass'
i.e. I can travel infinity x throughout the week
And because of that, I had the luxury to
take bus to church instead of walking today!
#2 I received a cheque of £200 = SGD $600 in my pigeon hole tonight
Due to the request of this Good Samaritan,
I can't disclose his/her identity
It's a BIG sum of money and I would feel really bad
accepting it.
But it blows my mind to know that
1. I have a God that blesses and provides me with more
than abundance. A child of God never goes hungry because
he who never sleeps nor slumber watches over us
2. He has placed in my path people who love, care for me
the way he does
A million thanks to this Good Samaritan
as well as my boss who watches over me day and night

Day 116
Today marks the warmest day ever since I touched
down on the soils of London. The whole street was packed
with people in short sleeves, berms, even singlet!
Perhaps the 'Singapore girl' has brought the heat over
Brenda, Camy and myself were colleagues when
we were working in Cafe cartel back in 2004
As I was more 'Lao Jiao' then her back then,
she was attached to me by the floor manager
for 'On the job training' on her first week of work
I remember that she spilled the soup on the first day
and was very fierce to me though I was her 'trainer.'
But now people S.I.A stewardess le!
She was scheduled for London this week
and so we had the chance to meet up!
Guess I can run a tour agency soon man
Shot dedicated to Hailer and TY
Eh Ben Oh... did you break into the London market?
Later in the evening, I met up with some of
the OCF people for an ambush (Ken's birthday)
Smuggling us into the hall at 1.30am
In Preparation for the ambush
Surprise!!!
Happy 21st Ken! May you find the key to true 'freedom'
