Today was the deadline submission for my coursework
I have been e-mailing my professors to enquire
how to submit my work because no instructions were given anywhere
It was only this morning that I got a reply from my lecturer
'I'm not sure how submission is done, please ask the admin staff
in the Geography department'
And so I did. Only to find out that I have 40 minutes
left before deadline and there were a few things
that need to be done.
1. Upload my files to 'turn-it-in'
2. Print out hard copies of my essay
3. Walk down 4 streets to the Old geography department
4. Get the cover sheet and sign declaration form
Apparently, the mode of submission here is centralized and
managed by the Geography department staff instead of
the course lecturers and teaching staffs themselves
It was a 'Scary' 40 minutes having to rush through
everything in shock. But here I just want to Thank God
because I always wake up at 1130hrs now that it is
our term study break. But somehow, I decided to wake up
at 1000hrs this morning to head to school together with
Gordon. If I had not made that decision,
I might have missed the submission at 1200hrs and got my marks
deducted... Thank you Boss, you never fail to prevent my failure ;)
Jeep and I participated in 2 tests in the psychology
department today. One of which was testing
for the claim made below
'Some previous research has shown that people who
are mildly depressed are realistic or accurate
in making judgement about...'
'This has led to the idea that depressed people
view the world in general more realistically than
others, and that this could be related
to their mood state
Was given a questionaire towards the end of the test.
I was required to answer a whole load
of Seth-ish questions, rating them on a scale.
And man are those questions depressing...
As depressing as the Emo hall of fames below
E.g.
1. I feel worthless and un-deserving of other's attention
2. I feel that I deserved to be punished
3. I feel unmotivated to get things done lately
4. I have thoughts of harming myself even though I know I should not
Well, I got paid £6 for being emotional for 1hr!
Salary for the day £6 + £3 = £9
And we spent £8.50 on dinner just to pamper
ourselves... Exam stress lah... so spend abit.
This Oreo milkshake stand as the best fluid that
has ever entered Angus Sham's mouth
The taste was totally out of this world
'Some previous research has shown that
high intelligence could lead to outbursts
of mischeive and hebetudinous behaviours'
Tsk tsk... RJ never teach you how to squeeze tomato sauce?
And the highlight was the 'Angus burger'
It was so BIG that it needed 2 sticks to keep
the burger in place!
Before I retire for the day...
With caring and generous sponsors like this,
who needs to go grocery shopping?
