Day 68

Gordon and I took part in the Singapore Society London Games today

Woke up early at 7am.. totally 'Seh..'

Notice in the tube station which I thought was pretty cute

Gordon refereeing the Badminton match

At first when Gordon jio-ed me to take part in the badminton doubles with him, I agreed without hesitation, thinking it was just 'for fun'

'For fun' turned out to be a real 'morning-mare' when we were man-slaughtered for every single game. Our opponents were people like 'Vjc Badminton captain'
'Team Malaysia Representatives.'

Like the cantonese saying goes 'We lost until our underwear tore.'

But in the midst of it, I still had fun with Gordon being man-slaughtered together. Running around, deciding who to take which side, asking our opponent
'Whose turn is it to serve now? Which side should i stand?' and me trying to convert my tennis elbow to the badminton one (Using wrist movement instead)

I wanted very much to take part in the Basketball games though. But looking at how pro those 'Goliaths' were and how aggressive and competitive each game went, I dropped the idea immediately. I'm only here on exchange for 6 mths, I dun wanna lose one arm here.

Check out the 3-point shot

Nevertheless, Singapore Society still came in first overall. We did well in events like Netball girls, Street soccer boys...
